Week 5: Field trip at Dalston

East London has always been into a really cultural creative position with place such as brick lane and now Dalton it’s the spotted area to find any young creative shops. This little field trip helped me to get more info on how do you start a business by proceeding to short interview of some of the shops some owner.

It little shop who sales a bit of every things there is 5 owners ANNA-MARIA HESSE, EMMA RIGBY, KATELYN TOTH-FEJEL, JULIA CREW and INÊS VICENTE (all ladies)
Shop work as a collaboration they basically all have their domain and work on it. they sales clothes, lots of knitted accessories, knitwear, jewellery, bags, tea cup… and so many others things they have a huge variety of items I can’t really categorise them.

When you enter the shop there is a big table in the middle and a sewing machine on the side like if everything was happening there and it is as they say “… Our aim is to connect the customer and local passer-by to the processes involved in making the products. Showing people the materials, skills and time required to create unique products by hand encourages customer engagement and understanding.”
